Staging, Configuration and Installation

  

We can provide equipment staging services to prepare manufacture hardware products for installation and final configuration at your location(s). These services consist of initial hardware assembly and bench  testing as well at the loading of software and the configurations that you provide.

To keep things moving with minimum rick, we pay particular attention to automating the configuration tasks associated with deployment. We work with your staff to help them master the skills, disciplines and processes they will need to maximize your new technology. You received full documentation outlining the solution that was delivered to you.

Once your equipment is staged and configured, we can provide on-site live user support (along with scheduled staff training) as another option to ease the staff into your new technology while effectively handling and user issues and requests that might arise from Day One.
